Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, security seals, and dust bags remain intact and attached.

  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the exterior of your parcel, removing any previous delivery markings.

  Refund Processing

  Once our quality control team inspects your return at our warehouse, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
